Zusammenfassung:Activity and activity coefficients of neodymium were determined in gallium–zinc eutectic alloy (3.64 wt. % Zn) employing electromotive force measurements method. Activity of α-Nd in Ga–Zn eutectic alloy between 569 and 1080 K linearly depends on the reciprocal temperature, loga=–14944.5·T−1+5.5504 (±0.15). Activity coefficients of α- Nd in this system at 619–1072 K can described by the following equation logγ=–11271.9·T−1+3.2941.
