Zusammenfassung: | An analysis of stray magnetic fields in the samples of austenitic steel X9CrNiAl 17-5-1 deformed by rolling during formation of ferromagnetic deformation martensite phase is carried out. It was shown that the selected method of magnetic non-destructive testing of products made of austenitic steels allows us not only determining small percentages of the formed undesirable ferromagnetic phase, but also the anisotropy of magnetic properties. The formation of a limited fcc rolling texture {110} was found in all investigated deformed samples,. The formation of the rolling texture characteristic of the bcc structure (deformation martensite in austenitic steels) begins with 30% deformation of the austenitic specimen. |
