Zusammenfassung: | Microbeam analytical instruments allow obtaining images and maps of micro-heterogeneous minerals, synthetic materials and heterostructures in various signals with micron and submicron spatial resolution. Spatial distribution of parameters in images and maps is extremely informative and allow identification fine textural features that are not obvious with point measurements. Current study is devoted to the determination of spatial resolution and improvement the efficiency of the joint images analysis (JPD method) by finding the main factors determining the quality of images and discovering how their adjustment can improve the JPD histogram and clustering results. |
