Zusammenfassung:The Monte Carlo approach is used to study the relaxation of magnetization after switching off external magnetic field in models of amorphous Re–Tb and Re–Gd alloys, and pure amorphous Tb and Gd. A different type of magnetization relaxation is revealed for amorphous alloys with random anisotropy (Re–Tb) and competition between exchange interactions of different signs (Re–Gd). Magnetization relaxation has two stages in Tb-based alloys, but it proceeds in one stage in the Gd-based alloys.
