Zusammenfassung:VO2 max; Body Mass Index; CPET ergo-bike INTRODUCTION Over the past 30 years maximal aerobic capacity has appeared as the strongest predictor of cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF) as well as adverse health outcome and also for different causes of mortality.14 VO2 max is the maximal oxygen consumption during aerobic exercise. [...]after thorough description about the procedure with detail history of the subjects, a valid informed consent will be taken for granted to estimate the cardiorespiratory endurance without any obvious hazard during or after intervention^ Physical fitness is considered to be a degree to be able to execute a physical task under various ambient conditions. Aerobic capacity, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition are important components of physical fitness. [8] After thorough general examination including the vitals (pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiratory rate) and history, subjects were asked for cycling on Ergo-bike (Corival CPET, LODE, Netherlands).
