Zusammenfassung: | The effect of damp heat aging on the tensile strength of epoxy resin matrix composites was studied. First, the water absorption and moisture-induced tensile strength degradation tests of glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) were carried out. The test results showed that the moisture absorption behavior of GFRP conformed to Fick's law, and its tensile strength decreased significantly in the early stage of moist heat aging. , and then gradually flattened out. Then, a prediction model for the meso-scale longitudinal and transverse strength of unidirectional fiber-reinforced composites is proposed to reflect the inherent probability of fiber and matrix (or fiber/matrix interface) failure and the effect of moisture absorption. The model can predict the tensile strength degradation of epoxy resin matrix composites under different wet heat aging times, and the correctness of the model is verified by aging tests. |
