Zusammenfassung:Sequential annealing of stoichiometric mixtures of CaCO 3 , Pr 6 O 11 (Nd 2 O 3 ), and GeO 2 in air at 1423–1473 K yields germanates CaPr 2 Ge 3 O 10 and CaNd 2 Ge 3 O 10 . Their crystal structure is refined via X-ray diffraction. The high-temperature heat capacity (320–1000 K) is measured by means of differential scanning calorimetry. The thermodynamic properties of germanates are calculated using experimental dependences C p  = f(T).
