Zusammenfassung:In this paper, in order to enhance the performance and lifetime of tennis hand glue, a SiO 2 coating is formed on the surface of the hand glue by mechanical spraying. Then, the surface of the hand glue before and after aging and salinization was characterized, and the roughness, mechanical properties, hydrophobicity and self-cleaning performance of the hand glue surface was analyzed. The results show that SiO 2 can enhance the hydrophobic, mechanical, anti-aging, anti-salinization and self-cleaning properties of hand glue. Particularly, the mechanical properties have been improved most obviously, with the maximum stretching force increasing by 21.4%. Under salinization conditions, the elasticity and surface roughness increased most obviously, and the elongation at break increased by 18.5%. The SiO 2 coated hand glue exhibits strong anti-aging and anti-salting properties in the experiment, and still has high surface roughness, good mechanical properties and self-cleaning function under the conditions of aging and salinization. SiO 2 coated hand glue will provide tennis players with a more comfortable experience and reduce the cost of use.
