Zusammenfassung: | The main purpose of this study is to identify the possibilities of utilizing phosphogypsum with E-glass fiber in the production of eco-friendly non-fired ceramic wall tiles. Phosphogypsum has the potential to act as a binder in the non-fired ceramic tile. E-glass fibers were added to enhance the bending strength of the tile. The optimal water content, fiber content, pressing pressure and number of times to be pressed were determined from the experimental investigation. Using intermittent pressing hydration process, phosphogypsum- and E-glass-based non-fired tiles were produced for the optimal proportions. The mechanical and durability properties of the phosphogypsum- and E-glass-incorporated tile have been tested. PG tiles comprising 6 wt.% E-glass fiber gained a higher bending strength of 18.5 MPa under a loading pressure of 10 MPa. The XRD analysis revealed that the major constituent is CaSO
