Zusammenfassung: | The swat is too precise the tribological properties of Metal Matrix Composites (MMCs). Stir casting is a method castoff for the fabrication of MMCs. Because of their effortlessness, well-established process, lower production costs, and large-scale production competence, stir casting is one of the exceptional processing methods to produce aluminum metal matrix composites (AMMCs). Based on the literature swot, particularly on the tribological properties and manufacturing of AMMCs, the bottom pouring method is endorsed for the production of AMMCs. Enhancing the surface possessions and maintaining bulk attributes are noteworthy stipulations for wear resistance applications. The amalgamation of reinforcement particles intensifies the mechanical strength and wear performance of AMMCs. This paper also discusses the different combinations of wear parameters like load, sliding velocity, sliding distance, and reinforcement orientation. |
