Zusammenfassung:In order to explore the generation mechanism and variation law of grinding temperature of gears ground by forming method, a theoretical model of tooth surface grinding force per unit contact width and gear grinding temperature by forming method was constructed, and their relationship with the characteristics of grinding wheel, gear specifications, and grinding amount was revealed. The forming grinding temperature increases with the increase of grinding wheel grinding blade density, grinding speed and radial feed, but decreases with the increase of grinding wheel diameter and gear pressure angle. Gear The influence of the modulus of the tooth profile on the grinding temperature of the tooth profile is weak, while the influence of the number of teeth on the grinding temperature of the tooth tip and the tooth root is completely opposite. The performance is worse, and to a certain extent determines the influence of the axial feed rate on the grinding temperature. In addition, the orthogonal test regression model analysis method confirms that the theoretical model of the grinding temperature for the forming method has good practical applicability , and the grinding performance of microcrystalline corundum grinding wheel is better than that of white corundum grinding wheel.
