A New Diphenyl Derivative from Endogenous Phoma sp. Associated with the Edible Mushroom Boletus edulis

Zusammenfassung:An endogenous fungus was isolated from the edible mushroom Boletus edulis and determined as Phoma sp. The metabolites from Phoma sp. NM-46 were investigated. A new diphenyl derivative and two known phytotoxins were found from Phoma sp. NM-46, and their structures were determined by 1D NMR, 2D NMR, and HR-ESI-MS. The phytotoxins ( 2 , 3 ) indicated obvious antifungal activities against phytopathogens, Epicoccum sorghinum, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, and Nigrospora oryzae with MICs of 8–64 μg/mL .
