Zusammenfassung: | The objective of the research was to analyze the contribution of strategic and social management to the development of social projects of a Third Sector organization. This descriptive-explanatory research, of a qualitative nature, carried out semi-structured interviews with the agents involved. The research established the relationship between strategic management and social management in Third Sector Organizations, the highlighting the relevance, inseparability, and importance of interactivity between both, in establishing the trust of partners and the community. The contribution of the research is to update the factors present in the management of Third Sector organizations, crucial for the success of the enterprise. |
