Zusammenfassung:In 1992, Allen et al. realized that photons can carry orbital angular momentum (OAM), which manifests as a helical phase distribution of the wavefront. OAM beam plays an important role in super-resolution imaging, high-density data encoding and other fields due to its unique light field distribution and its theoretical topological charge can take any integer. The research on the new mechanism of OAM beam-matter interaction at the micro-nano scale is expected to provide new ideas and methods for modern photonic devices and multi-dimensional light-matter interaction. This paper introduces the multi-dimensional information multiplexing on nanostructures using OAM beams and the detection technology of OAM beam topological charges, and the application of nanoscale OAM beams is prospected.
