Zusammenfassung:Objective To investigate the effect of 5 months aerobic exercise of different intensity on doublecortin and β-amyloid protein in dentate gyrus of hippocampus of 8-month-old APP/PS1 double transgenic mice.Methods 3-month-old APP/PS1 dual-transgenic AD mice were randomly divided into five groups.Each group has 8 mice, and they are Control group(ADC), Low-loaded exercise group(ADL), Medium-loaded exercise group(ADM) and High-loaded exercise group(ADH), as well as Wild-type control group(WTC).ADC and WTC group mice were fed naturally for 5 months.Each exercise group was treated with aerobic exercise of different intensities: Low-loaded was 12 m/min running speed, medium-loaded 15 m/min, and high-loaded 18 m/min.5 days a week for 30 minutes a day for 5 months.At each exercise intensity, when the mice stopped moving, no electrical stimulation was given to the mice, only gentle touch of the tail to let the mice continue to move.Then, the Morris Water Maze(MWM) test and the 8-arm radial maze test were performed to es
