Zusammenfassung:This paper introduces the safety performance test standards and requirements of forklift overhead guard. According to the requirements of the impact fall test in the standard, an explicit dynamic calculation model of the impact of overhead guard under load was established based on the LS-DYNA display central difference method, and the field impact test of the overhead guard designed in this paper was carried out. The results show that the hourglass energy of the impact falling simulation test is less than 5% of the total energy, which conforms to the law of energy conservation, so the simulation model can be considered correct. At the same time, the simulation analysis results are consistent with the field impact falling test results. The connection position of riser and position of base bolting appear failure fracture, and the structural strengthening suggestions are given.
