Zusammenfassung:Present work represents generalization and analysis of the experimental data by the carryover velocity for C-SiC type material under conditions of thermo-force action by the high-enthalpy flow with a stagnation temperature up to 2800 K. It was shown the influence of thermal-force effect of the high-enthalpy flow, in particular, the realized surface temperature, the velocity head, and the chemical activity of the flow. The tendencies of changes in the characteristics of C-SiC type materials are investigated in the case of the introduction of ZrC, HfC, TaC high-temperature additives into composition. The generalized dependence has been developed. It allows to predict the material carryover velocity under various material operating conditions. By experimental result interpolating the database on the material carryover velocity was created.
