Zusammenfassung:The paper deals with the formation of turbulent wake flows arising from the flow around stationary and moving bodies in flows with different degrees of turbulence. The influence of the flow characteristics in the wake regions on the intensity of heat transfer from coils installed in the working volume of an apparatus with mixing devices is shown. The issues of the formation of gas–liquid systems and mass transfer from gas bubbles to liquid during the mixing of gas–liquid systems are considered with consideration of the characteristics of the flow in turbulent regions of the wake upon the movement of a large number of gas bubbles. The analysis made it possible to develop calculation methods for heat and mass transfer processes for apparatuses with mixing devices, the design features of which contribute to the formation of wake currents.
