Zusammenfassung: | We are in the middle of a comprehensive digital transformation. Central components of our lives are being changed at increasing speed as part of digitization processes. The COVID-19 pandemic, in which digital media often represented the main or even only 'connection to the world,' has made many of these developments even more dynamic. Technological change represents and causes social change and is further driven by it. It usually arouses hopeful expectations as well as dystopian fears (Balandis/Straub 2018) and is therefore relevant not only in the real but also in the imaginary for psychological, social, and societal dynamics. |
