Zusammenfassung:Conclusion: The spirometry data of ILD patients have predominant restrictive pattern (moderate severity) with high incidence of IPF (Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis). IIPs are further subclassified into usual interstitial pneumonia (UIP), desquamative interstitial pneumonia (DIP), respiratory bronchiolitis interstitial lung disease (RB-ILD), acute interstitial pneumonia (AIP), cryptogenic organizing pneumonia, non-specific interstitial pneumonia (NSIP), and lymphocytic interstitial pneumonia (LIP). According to the Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease, spirometry criteria for a restrictive pattern are a FVC 70%. Occupation of all participants showed higher proportion of house wife (40%) followed by farmers (16%), stone cutter and mining (10%), office workers (8%), mill workers (6%), and rickshaw drivers (3%).
