Zusammenfassung: | [Objective] To study the dynamic changes of Robinia pseudoacacia non-structural carbohydrate (NSC) under NaCl stress, to reveal its adaptive mechanism to NaCl stress, and to provide a basis for the management of Robinia pseudoacacia forest. [Method] Taking 1-year-old Robinia pseudoacacia seedlings as the research object, the Pot experiment was conducted to study the relative growth rate, biomass distribution and NSC content of seedlings under different NaCl concentrations (0, 1.5‰, 3‰, 4.5‰).
