Zusammenfassung:Under the concept of energy conservation and emission reduction, the paper designed a remote monitoring platform for HVAC energy consumption of high-rise buildings to reduce energy consumption of air conditioning operation and ensure the sustainable development of ecological environment and energy. The remote monitoring platform includes user terminal layer, monitoring center layer and field control layer. The monitoring center layer sends control instructions to the field control layer through the wireless transmission layer. The field control layer collects the building indoor temperature according to the received instructions and constructs the building load prediction model. Taking the building room temperature comfort as the constraint condition and the operation cost as the objective function, combined with the constructed prediction model, the HVAC operation control based on MPC is to achieve the purpose of real-time monitoring of HVAC operation energy consumption. The results show that the platform can accurately predict the load of high-rise buildings, and the prediction results are in line with the actual situation. To ensure the comfort of building room temperature, it can effectively reduce the operation energy consumption and operation cost of HVAC in high-rise buildings, achieve the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction, and provide guarantee for the sustainable development of ecological environment and energy.
