Zusammenfassung: | The performance of traditional electromagnetic actuator is limited by the high magnetoresistance of working air gap. Moreover, the working air gap decreases with the movement process, and the output of the actuator fluctuates greatly. In engineering, the driving force is generally improved by optimizing the structure or increasing the current, combined with the control method to reduce the fluctuation. In this paper, magnetic fluid is used to replace the air in the original working air gap, so as to improve the efficiency of magnetic circuit. While increasing the output, it also improves the output stability of the actuator. On the basis of establishing the mathematical model of the electromagnetic actuator, the response time is obtained through the dynamic equation. After adding the magnetic fluid, the driving force of the electromagnetic actuator increases greatly and the response time decreases. |
