Zusammenfassung:Waterborne polyurethane (WPU) with different polyols (polyester diol and polyether diol, different crystalline degree) as soft segments was synthesized using carboxylic acid/sulfonic acid as mixed hydrophilic monomer by the acetone dilution method. The solid content and the particle size of WPU were measured. And the structure, the thermal behavior, the mechanical properties, and the water absorption value of WPU films were detected. It is found that the structure of polyester and low crystalline degree is convenient to obtain high solid content. The polyether diol structure has better thermal stability. The structure of polyester and high crystalline degree has lower water absorption value.
