Zusammenfassung: | A scalable and spin-coating-free perovskite production method to guarantee highly efficient photovoltaic devices is still challenging. In this article, we studied a functional additive-assisted slot-die-coating process for better perovskite fabrication. We newly utilize 3-allyloxy-1, 2-propanediol (AP) as an additive in perovskite precursor solutions for slot-die-coating-based perovskite solar cells (S-PeSCs). The hydroxyl groups of the AP interacted with the perovskite, leading to the formation of a high-quality slot-die coated film, the suppression of perovskite surface defects, and thus improving S-PeSCs performance and stability. As a result, AP-treated slot-die-coating PeSCs showed 15.63%. In addition, AP-treated PeSC provided excellent stability, maintaining 70% of the initial efficiency during 151 d. |
