Zusammenfassung:The article deals with the new philosophical interpretation of the structural organization and development of language as a synergetic system. Consideration of language as a complex open non-linear fluctuating system, which functions and develops according to synergetic principles, promotes the formation of a new transdisciplinary science – synergetic linguistics. The formation and development of the new branch of applied linguistics depends on the study of various lingual phenomena from the standpoint of synergetic philosophy and methodology. The use of synergetic methodology for language studies proves the appropriateness of so-called "non-systemic", "irregular", "transitional" lingual phenomena and processes, proves the necessity of their existence in a functioning language, determines mechanisms of language super-system self-organization, provides opportunities for determining the trends of its development.
