Zusammenfassung: | Hot deformation technology for steel 50 workpieces for producing vessels with a non-uniform structure and mechanical properties over the height at the outlet of the rolling-press line of the BF AO NPO Pribor Machine-Building Enterprise is developed and investigated. Rational temperature regimes of metal heating and cooling are determined that make it possible to obtain prescribed non-uniform strength and ductility properties over the height of steel vessels. Quantitative correlations of unevenness of physical and mechanical properties, as well as distribution of metal phases and grain size over the height of vessels, are established. Results of the study make it possible to design and create an experimental electromagnetic unit that provides local testing of mechanical properties at the top and bottom of steel vessels by a non-destructive method. |
