Template Civil Jury Instructions Under the Defend Trade Secrets Act

Since its May 11, 2016 enactment, the Defend Trade Secrets Act has been alleged in several thousand federal lawsuits. At the time of this publication, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California in Los Angeles had nearly 350 active trade secret matters, and the federal courts in Chicago, Manhattan, and San Francisco each had well over 200 active trade secret matters. However, there are very few approved pattern jury instructions. Dylan W.
