Zusammenfassung:COVID-19 affected the world in unprecedented ways. Families were frightened; hospitals were overwhelmed; and nursing education institutions were tasked to conceive and implement delivery strategies that would pose the least risk to students, faculty, and staff. This introspective and reflective review of the impact of the pandemic identifies leadership lessons learned in undergraduate and graduate nursing education programs at a Historically Black College and University (HBCU) in the southeastern United States.
