Zusammenfassung: | The working device of wheel loader undergoes complicated load cycles in operation with changing attitude all the time. However, it is difficult to duplicate the exact load history in lab. The common practice is to apply a fixed load attitude and equivalent load, to the working device to assess its fatigue life. In this paper, a modeling technique to calculate equivalent attitude and equivalent load is proposed. In the process of equivalent model establishing, the damages at critical points are considered. The finite element method is used to obtain the strain time history to compare with tested data. |
