Zusammenfassung:The polymerization of allyl glycidyl ether under the action of the BF 3 –H 2 O catalytic system is studied. It is shown by mass spectrometry that the reaction produces oligodiols with the polydispersity not exceeding 1.1. It is noted that the oligodiols obtained at room temperature are unstable and pass from a viscous to a glassy state. It is shown by the IR spectroscopy that the glass transition process is accompanied by the disappearence of the double bond with the retention of hydroxyl groups.
