Development of options for the implementation of the technology of manufacturing linen products, combined with the softening of semi-finished products

The options for softening linen fabrics with cellulose preparations in a washing machine in combination with mechanical influences are analyzed in the paper. The results of reducing the stiffness of the fabric using liquid and low- modulus processing methods are also presented. It is obvious that the combination of modes makes it possible to obtain sewing products with a given degree of softness and plasticity from non-softened linen fabric, depending on the projected volume-silhouette shape of the product.
