Zusammenfassung:Optimized Charge Transport In article number 2107976, Jasper J. Michels, Wojciech Pisula, Tomasz Marszalek, and co‐workers identify an optimal processing window for zone‐casting of a molecular semiconductor for organic fieldeffect transistors. Computational modelling of the fluid dynamics and the crystallization explains the occurrence of three morphological subregimes: i) isotropic domain‐like, ii) unidirectional crystal stripes and iii) corrugated dendritic. Control of the semiconductor film morphology allows to optimize the in‐plane charge carrier transport.
