Zusammenfassung: | This article analyzes the impact on the flow and migratory policies derived from the COVID-19 pandemic in the Central-North American region. Three populations of people are focused on in the forced mobility and immobility paradox: migrants in transit, those stranded at the border waiting for asylum or international protection and those deported from the United States and Mexico. This analysis is based on the perspective of exiled migrants and their high vulnerability, and analyzes official and journalistic sources from the United States, Mexico, and Central America. |
