Zusammenfassung:A new thermally activated delayed fluorescence emitter (BCz-PI-Ad) with two carbazole donor units and an N-adamantylphthalimide acceptor unit was designed and synthesized for use in fabrication of solution-processed organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). BCz-PI-Ad dissolved easily in various organic solvents and showed solvatochromism. A solution-processed OLED with 10 wt % BCz-PI-Ad:4,4′-bis(9H-carbazol-9-yl)biphenyl as the emitting layer gave a bluish-green emission (λEL: 493 nm). The maximum external quantum efficiency was 13.6%.
