Zusammenfassung: | Three kinds of bacteria, named JBL-M02, JBL-M07 and JBL-M16, were isolated from the soil, which could degrade phorate effectively.JBL-M02, JBL-M07 and JBL-M16were identified as Bacillus toyonensis, Bacillus halmapalus and Bacillus tequi-lensis.The degradation efficiency of lOmg/L of phorate by JBL-M02 could reach about 95% in 6days, and JBL-M07and JBL-M16 could reach 93% and 98%respectivelyunder the same conditions. The combination of JBL-M02 and JBL-M16 could significantly accelerate the degradation of phorate, and the degradation efficiency was significantly better than other combinations. JBL-M07and JBL-M16 have been successfully developed into a microbial agent for bioremediation of phorate pollution, and the new microbial agent could also effectively degrade some other organophosphorus pesticides. |
