Zusammenfassung: | Copper and zinc are essential trace elements for the normal growth and development of fruit trees, but in recent years, with the application of zinc fertilizer and Bordeaux solution, copper and zinc are also one of the main heavy metals in food safety that are easy to pollute food. In this paper, the contents of copper and zinc in apples and grapes from Northwest China and North China were determined, and the contents of copper and zinc in peel and pulp of apples and grapes were compared. To our knowledge, there two innovations in this study: 1) the contents of copper and zinc in grape peel and pulp were determined for the first time, and the distribution of peel and pulp are the same as those of apple; 2) According to the fruits from different regions, it is found that the content of copper and zinc in Northwest China is significantly lower than that in North China. We think it may be mainly due to different management methods, such as the effect of spraying Bordeaux solution on copper and the effect of applying zinc fertilizer on zinc content. |
