Zusammenfassung:In order to predict the process of fluid penetration into a thin porous substrate, a calculation in Open Foam open-source software was performed: the AngeledDuctExplict angular implicit channel calculation case for incompressible matter with a stationary solver for incompressible turbulent flow with implicit or explicit porousness treatment porousSimpleFoam. A block-structured hexahedral computational mesh is constructed using the blockMesh utility. This model is intended to investigate and predict the penetration of fluids in thin porous materials. As an example of the application of this model: controlling the supply of dampening solutions and inks, taking into account the use of modern printing materials in the printing industry.
