Zusammenfassung:The paper studies heat resistance properties of 45Cr32Ni43SiNb alloy developed at the CRISM Prometey for reformer systems of high-temperature ethylene production plants. The macrocrystalline structure is analyzed and quantitative phase data for metal of centrifugally cast tubes are collected. It is shown that the alloy under investigation is characterized by structural stability, long-term durability, and high-temperature creep resistance up to 1000–1100°C.
