Zusammenfassung: | This paper describes the design and manufacturing technologies for producing sheet metal parts of machine tools. Here, we focus on the size and shape of expanding sheet metal to advance a novel technology for producing sheet metal parts. First, we discuss the aspect ratio and the mass of expanding sheet metal considering the golden ratio. Next, we propose smart sheet metal part for use as a telescopic cover to monitor its strain during operation. The results indicated that the golden ratio is an effective parameter to estimate sheet metal parts and the proposed smart sheet metal makes it feasible to monitor state conditions during machine tool operation. |
