Zusammenfassung: | Using the pump‒probe scheme, the time evolution of magnetization oscillations in a normally magnetized plate with magnetoelastic properties under the action of an elastic pulse with pulled edges excited by a high-power pulsed laser has been studied. Four options for pulling the pulse fronts have been investigated: (i) no pulling, (ii) pulling the pulse leading edge, (iii) pulling the pulse trailing edge, and (iv) pulling the leading and trailing edges of the pulse simultaneously. It is shown that the sharp leading edge of the pulse leads to the excitation of magnetization oscillations at a frequency significantly higher than the resonance one, while the sharp trailing edge, to the excitation of the high-intensity nonstationary magnetic oscillations. Pulling of both pulse edges makes the magnetic oscillations smooth and regular. Possible reasons for extending the edges of the elastic pulse are discussed. |
