Sistemas de metodología orientada en acreditación de programas académicos de las universidades públicas

Quality management methodologies and collaborative (agile) methods are proposed in order to propose and implement a methodology that guides the accreditation of the academic programs of national universities. The pilot application was carried out in the professional career of systems engineering at the Federico Villareal National University (UNFV). The research is basic and applied, using the Soft Systems Methodology - Generation of Methodologies (MSS-GM) for the generation of new methodologies elaborated by Javier Gamboa. The following steps were considered: (1) literary review of quality management, processes and accreditation; (2) Status of the problem, unstructured; (3) Situation of the structured problem; (4) Root definitions of the relevant systems; (5) Conceptual Models; (6) validation of the tentative methodology; (7) Systemically desirable and culturally viable changes; (8) Application of the new methodology to solve real situations.
