Zusammenfassung:The most important direction in the coordination of programs for the development and use of the currently available global navigation satellite systems is the development of domestic and international documents establishing uniform performance indicators for the functioning of global navigation satellite systems and methods for confirming the compliance of these indicators with the established (declared by the owner country of such a system) values. The article is devoted to the study of the developed method for assessing the characteristics of positioning by pseudo-range measurements and taking into account the influence of the Earth’s atmosphere on the propagation of navigation signals. The experiments were conducted in FSUE “VNIIFTRI”. The authors presented the estimates obtained on the basis of the implementation of the method, and also conducted a comparative analysis with the methodology from the GLONASS Open Service Performance Standard.
