Improvement of the supporting processes in the quality management system of an industrial enterprise

The paper considers an approach to improve the supporting processes in the quality management system of an enterprise based on the modification of methodology tools of functional cost analysis and the qualimetric justification of the critical indicators of the studied parameters of the process functions. The tools and technologies of structuring, correcting and improving the supporting processes, as well as the problems associated with their practical application are analyzed. A procedure for improving the supporting process is proposed based on the analysis of the ratio of importance and complexity of implementing the functions, which allows the owner of the process to receive the information about the state of the process quickly. The perspective of the proposed procedure for improving the company's quality management system supporting processes aimed at improving their quality is proved.
