Zusammenfassung: | Virus detection is essential for the production and propagation of virus-free plants, quarantine for germplasm exchange, and discovery of new diseases. Citrus leaf blotch virus (CLBV) was first time detected, using high-throughput sequencing (HTS), in apple commercial orchards in the Henan province of China. Two isolates of CLBV (CLBV-PY1 and CLBV-PY2) were identified, and their full-length genomes are 8784 and 8792 nucleotides, respectively. Pairwise alignment revealed that CLBV-PY1 shared the highest nucleotide sequence identity (81.7%) with CLBV-PY2 and CLBV-PY2 had the highest nucleotide sequence identity (82.9%) with the
Actinidia
isolate HZ (accession No. MH427034). Results from both pairwise alignment and phylogenetic analysis demonstrated that these two isolates were closely related to the
Actinidia
isolates. |
