Zusammenfassung:A way of processing complex X-ray and gamma spectra in the 10–100 keV energy range is proposed. It considers the complexity of describing X-ray lines and ensures a processing error of ≤1%. It is used to study L X -components of the radiation of an 241 Am calibration source. The yields of the main gamma quanta are determined with an accuracy of 1–4%.
