Zusammenfassung:Experimental data available in the literature and electronic nuclear databases for the near ground states of the nucleus are compiled and analyzed. Probabilities of in- and inter-band quadrupole electrical transitions are calculated using a phenomenological model that considers Coriolis mixing of the states of rotational bands. The calculated values of the reduced transition probabilities and their ratios are compared to available experimental data. Satisfactory agreement between theoretical results and the experimental data is obtained. Non-adiabatic effects observed in the ratios of quadrupole transition probabilities from the rotational bands built on vibrational states to the ground band are discussed.
