Zusammenfassung:Protein Recycling In article number 2104581, Sebastian Josef Maerkl, Francesco Stellacci, and co‐workers introduce an idealized representation of nature‐inspired circular‐economy recycling (NaCRe) for proteins, a recycling approach where generic mixtures of protein‐based materials are depolymerized into their constituent amino acids, which in turn are used as the only source of monomers to produce new protein‐based materials that are unrelated to the parent ones, outside living organisms.
