Zusammenfassung:We consider the problem of calibration of analytical instruments and the procedure of analysis in the case where the composition or origin of the analyzed sample is unknown. We study the transformation functions of a Zeeman atomic-absorption spectrometer with electrothermal atomization. We propose a method for the determination of the two-parameter transformation function of the spectrometer based on the use of a single calibration sample and consider the possibility of measuring of the analyte concentration in the actual sample with the help of the refined transformation function of the spectrometer.
