Zusammenfassung: | The buckling action of I-beams under an axial load on a column is discussed in this paper. Buckling loads are critical loads under which some structure become unstable. The results are simple geometry curves and evaluating the impact of critical buckling load for different symmetrical rolled I sections such as Indian Standard Medium Beam (ISMB) are presented in graphical form are calculated by using finite element software (Abaqus). The critical buckling load results using Abaqus are compared with the theoretical calculation. |
